Easter Pony days
There will be an Easter Egg hunt in the morning on the ponies and then an Easter Fun Gymkhana in the afternoon.
Pony days
Pony days are on Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout the school holidays. The day consists of each child owning their own pony, every child has a helper unless experienced. The ponies are brought in from the field, groomed, tacked up and then we set off for a morning ride in our surrounding wood land. The ponies are then untacked and given their lunch whilst the children have theirs. The afternoon consists of a Gymkhana with various heats to suit each child’s experience. Parents are welcome to watch and cheer, the day ends with the presentation of rosettes. Our qualified instructors and helpers are on hand to ensure that the children have plenty of fun and build up their confidence in a safe environment. These pony days are perfect for groups of children for example brownies, guides etc or for individuals to meet like minded children and learn all aspects of keeping or riding a pony, riding experience is not necessary. Our Pony days are very popular so please book well in advance.
